In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Tom and his team are helping clients re-imagine their current work environment including the need for greater workforce flexibility, embracing a shift towards independent workstyles, and adapting to remote work requirements and the underlying technologies needed to drive productivity, manage business risk and maintain profitability.
Eric is the global talent strategies advisor for Chateau Consulting, a boutique firm that is reimagining the workplace for its clients. He brings over 25 years of experience in contingent labor and professional services, working with passion and proven insight to help his clients experience true innovations when it comes to their workplace, their people, and the enabling technologies of the future.
Prior to coming to Chateau Consulting, Eric developed & led multiple talent engagement solutions such as Contingent Labor MSP, SOW MSP, RPO, PMO, FSP, Advisory, and Outsourcing models, which revolutionized the workforce strategies for clients across the pharmaceutical, medical device, consumer goods, finance, & energy industries. He has worked tirelessly with Fortune 500 clients to reimagine their global workforce strategies, developing emerging solutions such as direct sourcing, governance models, and sourcing advisement services across talent and services categories.
Armed with his vast experience in leading complex global managed service programs across all industry verticals, Eric is continuing his work at Chateau to equip clients to meet and solve the unique challenges of the future of work.

Her extensive experience includes global category leadership and oversight with a Fortune Global 500 company where she was responsible for developing and implementing complex global workforce strategies supporting a dynamic business environment.
Lexi is an expert in assessing business operations for opportunities associated with talent acquisition compliance, processes, and technologies. She has created innovative strategies for both outsourced and internally managed solutions while focusing on process efficiency and program optimization. Lexi also has experience in leading staffing divisions and programs for MSP providers. Her credentials as a staffing supplier, managed services provider, and client buyer empowers Lexi with a unique and unbiased view of the workforce solutions market.
Through her global experience, she is a passionate advocate for establishing governance solutions that manage compliance and mitigate risk across complex labor markets. Lexi has managed and delivered numerous projects that both transformed business operations and became company-wide best practices for the acquisition and management of labor.
Matt’s specialties include VMS, MSP, Systems Implementations and Integration, Reporting, Business Analysis, Solution Design, and Product Management. He has great passion for data and analytics and its role in driving productive business behaviors. He enjoys sharing knowledge and experience at industry events and promoting collaboration between providers to achieve common goals. He has a strong track record with 26+ years staffing industry experience and 20+ years running large and complex IT and business integration projects within both the public and private sectors.
His experience includes responsibility as technology lead, business analyst, and solutions architect for many MSP and RPO companies including Randstad Sourceright, AMS, Impellam, Manpower and Pertemps. Through this work, he has gained industry-leading experience configuring, integrating and implementing Fieldglass, Beeline, ZeelVMS, SimplifyVMS, WandVMS, IQNavigator, Netive, 3Story, expressHR, TalentLink, Brassring, Peoplefluent, Salesforce, and Bullhorn among others. Matt is also Prince2 Practitioner qualified and can reference a significant list of successful multi-national deployments.

Chelsea Rosario is a dynamic strategic leader in global talent strategies possessing over 25 years’ experience assessing, solutioning, implementing, and auditing workforce management programs and technologies. She is a recognized practitioner with credentials that include creating a professional services organization from the ground up consisting of Operations, Project Management Office, VMS Technology Group, and Compliance and Business Process Improvement teams. Her group was responsible for all levels of delivery and support of contingent workforce solutions across an active portfolio of Fortune 500 brands.
With innovation as a continuous personal goal, she has created and implemented customized Statement of Work (SOW)/Services Procurement solutions as an expansion strategy for key accounts. As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Chelsea has also launched custom, hybrid project management methodology and delivery models that enabled implementation of complex Contingent Workforce MSP and VMS solutions for over 100 organizations. This includes client governance, regulatory and compliance audits, and performance assessments to identify program risks, improve business processes, and deliver business results.
