Matt’s specialties include Human Capital Systems Implementations and Integration, Reporting, Business Analysis, Solution Design, and Product Management. He has great passion for data and analytics and its role in driving productive business behaviors. He has a strong track record with 26+ years workforce solutions industry experience and 20+ years running large and complex IT and business integration projects within both the public and private sectors.
His experience includes responsibility as technology lead, business analyst, and solutions architect for over 150 global implementations. Matt is also Prince2 Practitioner qualified and can reference a significant list of successful multi-national deployments.
